Inspired by the Breuer House designed by Marcel Breuer for MoMA's "House in the Garden" exhibit in 1948, currently located at the Pocantico Center of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund near Tarrytown, NY. Created during Composers Now inaugural residency award living in the house for a week at the Pocantico Center in October, 2014. Special Thanks to the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Composers Now, and Harvestworks. IRCAM's "MO" sensor is tracking the violin bowing movements interacting with audio and visual effects using Max MSP. |
